A Victory for Student Rights!

On April 11th, the Stuart H. Smith Law Clinic, in partnership with the Southern Poverty Law Center, celebrated a landmark settlement agreement with the Jefferson Parish School Board. Our joint efforts have secured crucial reforms in student placement policies, ensuring fair treatment and due process for all. Kudos to our dedicated team and the SPLC for championing justice in education.
