The Hispanic Law Student Association (HLSA) is a student organization in the Loyola University New Orleans College of Law. This organization was founded with the focus of advancing Hispanic law students’ academic success and commitment to community service. We also seek to empower the Hispanic community to participate in the American legal community. As a minority organization, we do not only seek to empower Hispanics, but all minorities to infuse the legal system with different perspectives and representation resulting from diversity. We participate in numerous networking events, we support our local community in times of need, and create peer support systems & life-long friendships.
