Bio
Ford Miller is a teacher and librarian with over 20 years of experience working in law schools. His scholarly work involves constitutional law, corporation law, and corporate governance law. In addition, he has practiced in the areas of federal securities law, immigration law, and freedom of information law. He is admitted to the bars of New York State, the Southern District of New York federal court, and the United States Supreme Court. He’s also an artist.
