Professor Verchick Featured on International News

Professor Robert Verchick was recently interviewed by journalists in both South Korea and France on changes in federal environment policy. Verchick is the Gauthier-St. Martin Eminent Scholar and Chair in Environmental Law at the College of Law.

Verchick was interviewed by South Korean English-language talk show Morning Wave on February 27th about the EPA's recession of its endangerment finding. Watch his interview on YouTube beginning at the 1:05:48 mark.

He also spoke to French outlet Reporterre about a recent lawsuit against environmental activist group Greenpeace. 

"This is an overinterpretation: it is not about protecting a company's reputation, but about silencing a legal and legitimate political expression," Verchick said in the piece.
