Professor Thibaut Published in The Journal of Energy and Environmental Law

Associate Professor Martha Thibaut's article "De-Risking Underground" has been published in the spring issue of the George Washington Journal of Energy and Environmental Law.

The piece looks at the legal history of oil and gas drilling and property rights and how that history may or may not apply to carbon capture and storage technology.
