Bio
Keith J. Naccari is a founding member of Sternberg, Naccari & White LLC where he leads the firm’s corporate and transactions group. His primary practice focuses on mergers & acquisitions, tax law, and business counsel.
Keith earned his BBA from Millsaps College as well as his M.B.A. and J.D. magna cum laude from Loyola University New Orleans, where he was a member of Loyola Law Review and a William S. Crowe Scholar. Keith also holds an executive LL.M. in Taxation from New York University.
Keith serves on the board of the Entrepreneurs Organization Louisiana Chapter and the New Orleans Chamber of Commerce. He is an active member of the Association for Corporate Growth, the Louisiana Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. Keith has served as an adjunct professor at Loyola University New Orleans College of Law. He joined the faculty in 2023 as a professor of practice while maintaining his role at Sternberg, Naccari & White LLC.
