Gianluca Cocito-Monoc

Gianluca Cocito-Monoc teaches Federal Courts at Loyola University New Orleans College of Law. He previously clerked for Judge James L. Dennis and Judge Stephen A. Higginson of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and for Judge Susie Morgan of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana.

He earned his J.D., summa cum laude, from Tulane University Law School — where he was elected to the Order of the Coif and served as senior managing editor of the Tulane Law Review — and his B.S., magna cum laude, from Tulane University. His scholarship has appeared or is forthcoming in the Tulane Law Review, the Louisiana Law Review, and the Loyola Law Review.
