Applying for Externships

How To Apply

Please complete the externship application at the link below. Professor Finger will then contact you. From there, students will work to complete their applications to their placements of choice. In some cases, the placement requires that the Externship Program submit the application; Professor Finger will advise students where that is the case. Career Development is available to support students through the application process. Once a placement is confirmed, Professor Finger will meet with the supervising attorney and complete the course registration process for the student.

* Individual placements may have earlier external deadlines or be filled on a rolling basis. Students are encouraged to research placements of interest and apply early.
