Putting theory into practice.
Academics. Justice. Service. These are the core tenets on which the Loyola College of Law is built. Nowhere are they more prevalent than in the nationally ranked Stuart H. Smith Law Clinic and Center for Social Justice. This fully functioning legal clinic gives third-year law students the opportunity to put their classroom knowledge to work in representing those in need under the supervision of experienced attorneys. Students gain practical experience in a number of fields while learning what it means to use the law to serve others.
Serving the Gulf and beyond through law and advocacy.
Loyola’s Center for Environmental Law and Land Use brings together dedicated students, inspiring professors, expert lawyers, and active members of the community to study and respond to the Gulf Coast’s most challenging environmental problems.
