Father Lawrence W. Moore, S.J, Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and Professor Emeritus Marcel Garsaud received the president's medal one of the highest honors given by the University President.
Father Moore was presented his president's medal for his service to the Board of Trustees and his work at the College of Law. He served 25 years on the Board of Trustees and has been appointed to the associate dean position for approximately eleven years.
Professor Garsaud recieved his president's medal at law commencement held on May 13, 2011. Professor Garsaud retired from teaching and has been serving as an adjunct professor, in which, he teaches First Amendment to upperclass law students.
