Ms. Glazer is the Law Firms and Corporations Recruiting Coordinator, and serves as the liaison between the Career Development Office and national and local law firms and corporations. She additionally manages all aspects of the On-Campus Interview Programs, organizes and presents information related to law firms, corporate/in-house positions, interviewing, and common law matters, and advises students generally on career development subjects.
After graduating from Southern Methodist University’s Dedman School of Law in 2004, she joined a national law firm in their New York City office, where she practiced primarily bankruptcy law. Ms. Glazer returned to New Orleans in 2009, where she continued her bankruptcy practice with a boutique bankruptcy firm, representing corporate debtors, creditors, and committees in bankruptcy proceedings throughout the country. Just prior to joining Loyola in 2013, she served as Assistant General Counsel to the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development, where she provided advice and counsel to engineers, department officials, and executive administration employed by the Department of Transportation and Development, and represented the Department in legal proceedings
Before law school, Ms. Glazer obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, a Certificate in Environmental Studies, and a minor in African Studies from the University of Wisconsin in Madison.
