2014 Alumna Amelia Hoppe Joins Louisiana Civil Justice Center as Program Director

Amelia Hoppe, J.D. '14, has joined the Louisiana Civil Justice Center as Program Director. 

Amelia is a barred attorney in Florida, a Family Mediator who satisfies the Louisiana Revised Statute Section 9:334 requirements and a certified legal observer with the National Lawyers Guild. She is also a member of the LSBA Access to Justice Departments Self-Represented Litigants subcommittee.

While at Loyola, Amelia was a student practitioner in the Children's Rights Clinic, recipient of a Gillis Long Poverty Law Center externship of the Advocacy Center, and interned at Jefferson Parish Juvenille Court. She also served as Vice President of National Lawyers Guild and Secretary & Social Chair of Lambda Law Alliance.
