Text should be double-spaced, left justified, twelve-point typeface, and printed on one side of
each page. Footnotes should be ten point typeface and single spaced. Text and footnotes should
conform to the rules set forth in The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (18th Ed.).
Submissions should be in Microsoft Word format.
All submissions must include the author’s mailing address, phone number, and email address.
