                                       Incoming Student Scholarships

Dean's Scholarships are awarded to outstanding incoming students with superior academic records and LSAT scores. In the spring semester of each academic year, students may apply for annual and endowed scholarships.

                                           Upper-Class Scholarships

The College of Law has revised the application process for upper-class scholarships. Applications will only be accepted through this online portal.

Below is a list of scholarships for students entering their 2nd, 3rd and 4th years. Students will be able to specify on the application the specific scholarship(s) for which they would like to apply. The scholarships are categorized based on the respective donors’ established criteria, such as division in law school (civil/common), planned career, geographic background and/or ethnicity, among others. Please note that there are GPA requirements for most of the scholarships.

Additionally, there is a large category of scholarships under the General category. ALL APPLICANTS will be considered for the scholarships in the General category, so there is no need to include them in the application.

The amount of funds available are based on returns from the endowed scholarship accounts, therefore limited funds are available. Scholarship awards are generally in the $2,000 - $6,000 range and not every applicant will receive funding.

2017 Upper-Class Scholarship Application Form

The application period begins in March. If you have questions regarding the application, please contact Budget Director Jerome Anderson at jjanders@loyno.edu
