
Lloyd "Trey" Drury, III
Assistant Professor of Law
B.A., University of Virginia; J.D., University of Michigan
Prior to joining the Loyola faculty, Professor Drury graduated from the University of Michigan Law School, where he was a contributing editor of the Michigan Law Review. After law school, he practiced for eight years, both at New Orleans firms and in the legal department of a Fortune 500 company. His areas of specialization include corporate and securities law, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt finance. Drury teaches Business Organizations, Agency & Partnership, Corporate Finance, and Business Planning.
