Dane S. Ciolino

Professor Ciolino joined the Loyola Law School faculty in 1993. Prior to joining the faculty, he graduated from Tulane Law School where he served as Editor in Chief of the Tulane Law Review and was inducted into Order of the Coif. After clerking with a United States District Court judge, Professor Ciolino practiced commercial and intellectual-property litigation with the New York City law firm of Cravath, Swaine & Moore, LLP, and later with the New Orleans law firm of Stone, Pigman, Walther, Wittmann, LLC. Professor Ciolino's teaching and scholarly interests include legal ethics, criminal law/procedure and contracts. In addition, he is an active participant in ethics-related activities of the Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board and Louisiana State Bar Association.
