Christina Sautter

Westerfield Fellow
B.S., 1999, Florida State University (summa cum laude);
J.D., 2002, Villanova University School of Law (summa cum laude)

Professor Sautter joined the Loyola faculty as a Westerfield Fellow in Fall 2006. While attending law school, Professor Sautter served as a managing editor of the Villanova Law Review and was inducted into the Order of the Coif.  After graduation,
Professor Sautter was a law clerk for the Honorable H. Emory Widener, Jr. of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.  After her clerkship, Professor Sautter joined the New York City offices of Shearman & Sterling LLP where she practiced for three years in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group.  Professor Sautter’s teaching and scholarly interests include business associations, contracts, mergers & acquisitions, and securities regulation.  She teaches Legal Writing and Research, Moot Court and will be teaching a Mergers & Acquisitions seminar during Fall 2007.
