Short Bio

While attending law school, Dean Jumonville was one of the final four students in the first year intramural competition and served on Moot Court Staff as a Teaching Assistant. After graduation, she was an associate with the New Orleans law firm of Phelps Dunbar LLP in the maritime and commercial sections. Following this, Dean Jumonville clerked for the Hon. Thomas Kliebert with the Louisiana State Fifth Circuit Court of Appeal. After her clerkship, in 1991, she returned to the law school in administrative positions.
