Short Bio

Since 1997, Professor Pope has worked in public and academic libraries. In 2002 she began working at the Loyola Law Library and was tenured in 2007. Major areas of responsibility in the library include supervising participation in the Louisiana State Documents Depository Program, the United States Government Documents Program, the European Union Depository; and maintenance of the microfiche and CD-ROM collections, rare books, bindery duties, and the Law School archives. Currently her professional service includes Chair, Exchange of Duplicates Committee of the Serials Standing Committee of the AALL Technical Services Special Interest Section, and since 2004, Editor of the People column of Louisiana Libraries published quarterly by the Louisiana Library Association.
