Short Bio
Prior to joining the faculty at Loyola in 1973, Professor Klebba was in private practice with the firm of Dorsey and Whitney in Minneapolis. He also has experience as an arbitrator.
Professor Klebba has served the law school previously as Associate Dean and also as Interim Dean and Dean. Professor Klebba was a visiting law professor at the Universities of Minnesota, Missouri and Kansas. He has lectured extensively in Eastern Europe and the former U.S.S.R. and has been the Director of Loyola's Summer Legal Studies Program in Moscow and Budapest. In the fall semester of 2004, he was a Fulbright Scholar at the University of Belgrade.
Professor Klebba is a former chair of the Association of American Law Schools' Section on Civil Procedure. He teaches courses in the areas of civil procedure, evidence, federal courts and comparative judicial systems.
