Loyola LAWLINK:
A program designed to encourage law students and
recent graduates to network with LAW-LINK participants. This network is set up
for informational purposes only, not for guaranteed job opportunities.
Faculty/Alumni – Student Career Success Luncheons:
Career Services host informal luncheons as a means
for students to network with Loyola faculty and alumni. Faculty/alumni serve as
the featured guest speaker to discuss their practice areas and to give advice in
pursuing a similar career path. These luncheons offer an opportunity for
students to interact with Loyola faculty and alumni
active in the legal community.
Students-Mentoring-Students:
The Career Mentor Network: Career Services host
informal informational student lead luncheons as a means for students to share
their job search tips, strategies, and other such information.
Law Practice Specialty Series:
OCS organizes a monthly panel of attorneys in
various practice areas to speak about practical realities of working in theses
specialties. Areas included: solo practice, employment law, real estate, family
law, alternative careers for lawyers, amongst others.
