Short Bio

Shaneil Streva has been employed at Loyola since November 2009, and currently holds the position of Administrative Assistant to the Law Faculty. In this capacity she provides overall administrative and clerical assistance to the faculty in the preparation of class teaching materials and exams, editing and proofreading of articles, and providing assistance with committee duties.

Prior to joining Loyola, Shaneil was a supervisor for an event staffing and security company in San Diego, California, where she resided for two years. Before leaving Louisiana for San Diego, she worked as a paralegal in both the Louisiana Army National Guard and the civilian sector. She is a veteran of the Army National Guard, having served in Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom, as well as helping on the home front during Hurricanes Katrina and Rita. She continues to pursue her bachelor’s degree in Sociology here at Loyola and plans to attend law school in the future.
