Short Bio

Olga Lewis has 31 years of administrative experience. She has held several administrative, training, supervisory and managerial positions in a major corporation and the private sector. For the past nine years, Ms. Lewis has been employed with Loyola University College of Law as Law Admissions Coordinator.

From the receipt of applications to the printing of decision letters her duties include processing and maintaining all prospective student applications for the Admissions Committee and Dean’s review by monitoring the ACES2 website. Ms. Lewis develops, implements and maintains an on-going, in-house application tracking system. She also creates reports and procedures that increase the overall tracking efficiency of the status of each application. She is responsible for trouble shooting the ACES2 website to verify that applications are complete and ready for review. In addition to various other supportive responsibilities, she maintains an Application Status Report that displays an “at-a-glance” snapshot of the status of every application.

Ms. Lewis’ special skills are desktop publishing, organizing, planning, and problem solving.
