Professor Emeritus James Klebba traveled to Russia this September to teach a “mini-course” to LL.M. students at Moscow State University. 53 students were enrolled in the course which ran from September 12th through the 20th.

Laura R. Caviness, J.D. ’07, was named partner in the law firm Curry & Friend, PLC in New Orleans. She practices in the areas of environmental and toxic tort defense; health care litigation, and medical malpractice defense. She represents nursing homes and health care providers in litigation as well as medical malpractice claims and provides advice on legal and regulatory issues affecting their business.
Loyola’s first time test takers passed at a rate of 76.69%. Of all Loyola test takers, 73.83% passed.
