Professor Cheryl Buchert Gives presentation at AALS Conference

Clinical professor Cheryl Buchert presented “Professionalism In and Out of Court” at the 39th AALC Conference on Clinical Legal Education May 1st in Baltimore, Maryland.  The presentation included many definitions of legal professionalism, the American Bar Association’s studies of the goals of professionalism and the RAMBO style of negative lawyering effects, professionalism oaths from multiple state bar associations, Dos and Don’ts from Judges and attorneys across the country, developing professionalism in live client clinics, and the negative effects of unprofessionalism and lawyer stress on work-life balance.
