1982 Alumnus Robert S. Toale Named to Second Term on Board of National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.

1982 Alumnus Robert Toale has been named to a second three-year term on the board of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.  Toale sits on the association's death penalty and public defense committees and has been asked to serve as vice chairman of the latter. Toale is a former Jefferson Parish public defender who has practiced in several New Orleans-area parishes for over 30 years. He is a past president of the group's state arm, the Louisiana Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and is active in the Louisiana, New Orleans, and Jefferson bar associations.
