Bobby Marzine Harges is a Professor of Law at Loyola University New Orleans College of Law where he teaches courses in mediation and arbitration, torts, evidence, criminal law, and criminal procedure. Since becoming a mediator and arbitrator in 1990, he has mediated and arbitrated hundreds of cases of all types, including class actions, labor and employment, multi-party, complex, maritime, domestic relations, personal injury, race, gender, and sex discrimination, slip and fall, products liability, auto collision, premises liability, worker's compensation, business, property, construction, contract, malpractice and insurance. He has also served as a special master as well as attorney chair of medical review panel claims for several years.
